» INFORMATION COLLECTED «
Filling an order requires collecting your name, email address, payment information, and mailing address. More information is also sometimes exchanged during direct communication (eg when discussing custom orders).

I also keep information related to shipping (namely dates products are shipped, dates they are received according to their tracking number, and shipping costs) in order to better estimate shipping time and costs for future customers and for tax purposes.

» INFORMATION SHARING «
» Certain information is shared with Etsy as part of using Etsy as a seller platform and abiding by Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use
» Information is sometimes shared with service providers to fill an order, eg sharing a name and address with a shipping company to send an order. The information shared is limited to what is necessary for the order to be filled.
» Information may be shared if necessary as part of a legal process or government investigation.

» DATA RETENTION «
Specific order information is kept on my computer and backup files for as long as is necessary to fulfill orders and ensure necessary business information is up-to-date (this is usually about 3-4 years). Aggregate information (eg 'how long it usually takes to ship a product to Australia') is kept longer but is disconnected from specific orders.

» TRANSFERRING DATA TO OTHER JURISDICTIONS «
The majority of my business data is stored on or processed through the US, using either hard drives I have physical access to or which are Privacy Shield certified. There are no current plans to transfer personal data outside the US beyond what is necessary for shipping or other factors related to order fulfillment, but if any is it will be limited to what is necessary and/or kept under Privacy Shield compliance.
